No Hassle Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our flexible cancellation policy allows our clients to reschedule their reservation with no additional charges. If you can not reschedule, please let us know by phone and we will cancel your reservation and refund your money.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a trip, please be aware that we reserve the right to do so for various reasons, such as insufficient participants, logistical issues, weather concerns, or any circumstances that may compromise the safety of the operation.
Fees and Penalties
Late fee: An additional charge of $25 will be incurred for every 30 minutes that a boat is kept out past the scheduled return time. We kindly ask our customers to respect the agreed-upon return times to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Cleaning fee: We appreciate that boats can get dirty through regular use. In the event of excessive dirt upon return, we will offer customers the choice to clean the boat themselves or opt for a $25 cleaning fee. Our aim is to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all.
Lost or damaged equipment: In case of any lost or damaged equipment, customers will be responsible for the associated charges. We believe in transparent accountability and fair treatment for all parties involved.
Terms and Conditions
It is advisable for all participants to carry a cell phone while on water for emergency communication purposes.
Dogs and pets are strictly prohibited on our boats and SUPs.
Consumption of alcohol is not permitted.
Life-jackets are mandatory for all paddlers, with shirts required underneath.
Completion of a Waiver and Release of Liability form is mandatory, with minors' waivers needing a parent or legal guardian signature.
A valid driver’s license, state ID, car keys, or cellphone must be left as collateral during boat usage.
Charges will apply for lost or damaged rental equipment.
Respect private property and refrain from trespassing.
Return rental equipment in a clean and undamaged condition.
Minors must always be supervised by an adult.
Late fees will be incurred for delayed returns.
Swimming is prohibited in LaDue Reservoir.
Stay informed of local weather forecasts and dress suitably.
Help maintain cleanliness by refraining from littering.
Safeguard personal belongings in your vehicles; the company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Adhere to local regulations regarding smoking on waterways.
Breakaway Excursions reserves the right to terminate a rental if safety is compromised due to factors like weather conditions, behavior, or attire.
